Saturday, March 19, 12noon-2pm, at the southwest corner of the intersection of Parsons Ave. and E. Gates St.

Kind Meals is a nonprofit local group that provides free vegan meals the third Saturday of every month at the southwest corner of the intersection of Parsons Ave. and E. Gates St. We also provide free gently used clothing and household items to anyone who needs them.

Join us by making donations in the form of vegan food or items for the free community store. We are always collecting vegan canned food items like beans and tomatoes and bags of rice, for Star House and other community support facilities too. If you can’t help out with Kind Meals on 3/19, please join us whenever you can. We will be posting the vegan food that we will be serving each month at least a few weeks prior to us getting together. Thanks!

This month, we will be serving vegan Irish stew, farro/barley, green beans, soda bread, and dessert. If you enjoy preparing vegan meals, we can always use an extra dish.
