Join us for an in-depth discussion with Ohio Secretary of State and Chief Elections Officer, Frank LaRose, on the next “Lunching with the League” on Monday, November 8, at 12noon

Secretary of State LaRose will share his thoughts about being Ohio’s chief elections officer in today’s fractious political environment, and how he sees his role and the role of voting rights organizations, like the League of Women Voters. Plus, we will address immediate issues including pending voter rights legislation, and collaborative solutions for fair and accessible voting in Ohio.

Frank Larose Biography:

Frank LaRose took office as Ohio’s 51st Secretary of State on January 14, 2019. Prior to being elected to statewide office, he served two terms in the State Senate representing the 27th Senate District in northeast Ohio.

After graduating from Copley High School in Northeast Ohio, LaRose fulfilled a lifelong dream by enlisting in the United States Army with the 101st Airborne, and ultimately served in the U.S. Special Forces as a Green Beret.

LaRose graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Consumer Affairs and Business. He and his wife, Lauren, live in Columbus with their three daughters.
