Join us for a virtual conversation between Matriots’ Chief Executive Officer Emily Quick Schriver and the League of Women Voters of Ohio’s Executive Director Jen Miller as they dig deeper into how Issue 1 got on the ballot after August elections were banned, why we have citizen initiatives in the first place, the consequences to our democracy if Issue 1 passes, and why holding an election just before schools start around Ohio may be especially harmful for Ohio women.

Emily and Jen will also be taking time after their talk to answer questions.
