Nearly a month ago Ohioans showed up for abortion rights and passed Issue 1 to amend Ohio’s constitution to protect access to abortion. On December 7, 2023, that amendment will be effective and officially a part of our state’s constitution!

We’ve eagerly anticipated the effective date of the constitutional amendment. To celebrate this historic occasion, the Pro-Choice Ohio team invites you to a celebratory happy hour! Join us on December 7 to recognize the profound significance of this moment in our fight for reproductive freedom.
