Tour the Rumpke Resource and Recycling Center — the largest and most technically advanced recycling facility in North America! Rumpke is committed to fueling a circular economy.

This $100 million investment is the largest and most technologically advanced recycling facility in North America. The center employs 60 people in just the recycling facility. State-of-the-art recycling equipment includes four ballistic separators, 19 optical scanners, and Artificial Intelligence technology. The building is 226,000 square feet total.

In collaboration with COSI and The Ohio State University, Rumpke developed an Education Floor featuring an interactive exhibit and research center. The elevated tour platform is 150 feet long and 45 feet high from the processing floor.

A maximum of 30 people per tour (ages 10 and older). This tour is free of charge. Donations are warmly accepted to support the staff that make events like this possible.
