Monday, January 20, 6-9pm, Lineage Brewing, 2971 N. High St.

Join us in exploring the singular and diverse world of Columbus Craft Beer. In this monthly series, we’ll talk with the brewers and guests who know a lot about clean water and how important it is for our people and this phenomenal burgeoning industry!

Our first guests will be Will Falk and Tish O’Dell from the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund. They will talk and share some great film clips of upcoming movies and the hilarious Lake Erie Bill of Rights episode on the Daily Show with Trevor Noah.

• Tish O’Dell, since joining CELDF in 2013, after the passage of the first Community Bill of Rights in Ohio, has worked to assist other community members in more than a dozen counties.

• Will Falk cut his teeth on “rights of nature” work when he helped to file the first-ever American federal lawsuit seeking rights for a major ecosystem, the Colorado River, in 2017. His book, How Dams Fall, narrating his experiences with the lawsuit, was published in August 2019.

This is a free event; there will be a cash bar.

Hosted by Columbus Community Bill of Rights, Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund, GrassRoot Ohio, and Lineage Brewing.
