This program is presented by our Creators, Originators & Innovators of Tomorrow Workforce Initiative (COITWI) Teen Interns — young leaders from the Columbus community.

At the heart of COITWI is self-mastery — helping youth build discipline, confidence, purpose, and responsibility for themselves and the communities they serve. Through leadership development, public speaking, and hands-on projects, interns bring the principles of Kwanzaa to life in real and practical ways.
