Friday, March 12, 6-9pm, 400 Square, 401 W. Town St.; and Chromedge Studios, 289 W. Walnut St.

One year. It’s been one year since our world shut down. We remember the day — for us, it was Franklinton Friday. This March, for Franklinton Friday, we are proud to be safely opening our doors to you! With a long year of growth behind us, we will have open studios and a special exhibition for you to enjoy this March.

Join us for Franklinton Friday! Masks and distancing are required. Artist studios will be open at 400 West Rich and at Chromedge Studios!

Our March exhibition, “Evolution in Isolation,” will reflect on the year we’ve had in art. There was a “before” the COVID-19 pandemic, but there is not yet an “after.” Everything has changed, and these changes are reflected nearly everywhere we look, including our artwork. Join us as we take a look at what has changed for the artists of 400 Square, as they each showcase two pieces of artwork: a piece from pre-pandemic, and a piece of work done since March 2020.

This event is free and open to the public — safety precautions will be in place and our staff will be monitoring proper mask wearing and distancing! Thank you for allowing us to safely and responsibly open our home to you.

Hosted by 400 West Rich, Chromedge Studios, 400 Square, and Franklinton Fridays.
