Instructors Mac Crawford and Chuck Lynd will show excerpts from the film, Ingredients, which brilliantly “unearths the roots of the local food movement.” We will then delve into the local food scene in Columbus and explore ways we can all become engaged in actions that will create a healthy, sustainable food culture.
