Saturday, May 14, 12noon-3pm, Columbus Metropolitan Library [Parsons Branch], 1113 Parsons Ave. [this event will also be occurring via Zoom]
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called “Going to HCCO” and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. You can meet us in-person or attend online.
The formal presentation will begin at 12noon. Pizza and beverages will be provided starting at 11:30am.
For May, our program will be titled “Controversies in Mental Health Treatment”; our speaker will be Jeff Dubin, former HCCO president and a practicing psychotherapist and licensed social worker, who will be discussing some of the controversies in the field of mental health treatment.
Please use this Zoom link to join this event.
Hosted by Humanist Community of Central Ohio.
