The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called “Going to HCCO” and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.

Wondering about the difference between stress and general anxiety? Or about the rise in mental health and neurodivergent diagnoses in adults? Or about the treatment options and resources available in the area? If so, come to our May meeting to get a general overview of mental health issues and diagnoses and where to find help for you or for a loved one who needs it.
