Inhale/Exhale is a program that provides restorative healing for activists and organizers. Join Ohio Voice for our Inhale/Exhale with Sharonda Crome. In this installment of Polarity Therapy for Inhale/Exhale, we learn to distinguish the difference between collapsing from exhaustion and an inner rest that provides inner resource and resilience.

Biography and words from Sharonda:

Polarity has been a path that has allowed me to become reacquainted with my inner knowing, use my voice, and practice something other than my historical patterns that have been created for survival. It has taught me to choose my hard, that being the hard path of continuing to live in survival and disconnected from Life or the hard path of learning to thrive.

I have been a student of Polarity Therapy for Human and Social Development as my personal life path since 2013. As a Certified Life Coach and Polarity Coach, I seek to support others in learning to rest at the center of their being, find deeper trust and voice in their own knowing, and turn to thriving in all areas of Life.

Polarity Coaching and Polarity Body work is an energetic modality that allows you to access more of your inner safety, belonging, agency, and discernment for yourself of what is enough. It is a path that embodies what you care about, what you stand for, and why it is important to you. It can support you in getting underneath the personal and systemic trauma and breathe life into your longing which allows for greater rest and resilience.
