Join us in showing that nurses are the heart of patient care in Ohio!

Ohio Senator Michael Skindell will be re-introducing the Ohio Hospital Patient Protection Act of 2017 into the Ohio Senate. We need to show our support for mandated nurse-to-patient ratios. Join nurses from across the state who are calling on our legislature to ensure safe levels of staffing!

The members of California Nurses Association / National Nurses United [CNA/NNU] who are Registered Nurses had been the first in the nation to win life-saving nurse-to-patient ratio legislation. This victory started a national movement of direct-care nurses who want to win the same protections in their states and across the nation. Now, we have the same opportunity to join together to demand safe levels of staffing for our patients in Ohio but we can’t do it without you!
