The Big Darby Accord—Central Ohio’s long-standing agreement to protect one of the region’s most biologically diverse watersheds—was reopened this year in response to growing development pressures. A draft version of the updated Accord has been released, marking a vitally important moment for community members to understand what has been affected and how to engage.

The Darby Coalition is hosting an in-person info session on Tuesday, January 27, from 6:00–7:00 PM to discuss the importance of the Darby watershed and how you can help protect it. Learn about the challenges facing this vital resource and what’s at stake. Experts from the Ohio Environmental Council and The Nature Conservancy Ohio will explain the potential impacts of a negative rewrite of the Darby Accord.
