Thursday, September 15, 7-9pm, Stonewall Columbus, 1160 N. High St.

We invite you to join us for our second annual Queer Ghosthunting 101 Seminar! The Stonewall Columbus Queer Ghosthunters group is planning ghosthunts in the fall and this seminar will get you up to speed on the professional tools, protocols and rules that we will be using as we attend these ghosthunts! Experts from “Hands On Paranormal” will guide us through all the exciting ins-and-outs of ghosthunting!! As a ghosthunting club, we are challenging the presumed heterosexuality of ghosts! We will be looking for LGBTQ ghosts and visiting many “gay haunts”! Have fun and meet new friends and visit some of the most interesting locations in Ohio!

Here are some of the topics to be covered at this seminar.

• What is ghost hunting and why we do it

• Residual versus intelligent hauntings

• Protection

• Getting and reviewing evidence

• Equipment

• K2 or Elf meter

• EMF detector

• REM pod

• Light grid pens

• Digital recorder

• Flashlights

• Dowsing rods

• Spirit box

You will also get your chance to communicate with the great beyond and check out a sneak peek of the “Queer Ghost Hunters” documentary series by the amazing Stu Maddux! We’ll see there!

Registration is not required for this event.
