Do you currently live in Ohio, and do you have questions about how to legally change your or your child’s Ohio-issued birth certificate? We can help! Trained attorneys will be available to provide general guidance and advice, as well as to answer your specific questions.

To join us for this free virtual event, you will need to complete and submit the intake paperwork by Thursday, June 24.

We will review your paperwork and contact you with the Zoom information.

Please note, you will want to know your county of birth as well as the name of the county in which you currently live.

This event is free and open to the public. If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian to complete the legal process. Bringing them to this clinic is not required but may be helpful.

The regular Name and Gender Marker Change Legal Clinics will continue virtually on the second Wednesday of every month.
