Dr. Timothy Bussey, of the Kenyon College Office of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and of the Ace and Aro Alliance of Central Ohio, will talk about the “Plus” in LGBTQ+ and will provide an introduction to intersex, asexual, aromantic, and pansexual identities.

• PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender persons, their families and friends, through support [to cope with an adverse society], education [to enlighten an ill-informed public], and advocacy [to end discrimination].

• Ace and Aro Alliance of Central Ohio is Ohio’s first organization explicitly focused on serving the asexual and aromantic community, which we do by providing services, sharing resources, fostering programming, and advocating for ace and aro equity.
